Award for the best technology at a brand event

The event platform magnid by Proske was honored as a Winner at the highly anticipated inaugural Event Technology Awards 2024 for the USA and Canada. magnid received the award in the category “Best use of Technology at a Brand Event” for the “dsm-firmenich exceptional merger celebration” event.

The project involved utilizing magnid for the planning, organization, and execution of a multinational corporate event for the merger of DSM and Firmenich, involving 30,000 employees worldwide. The event took place simultaneously across 18 locations globally and was managed from a central streaming studio in Munich. 

Center of communication for long-term use

For the merger event, a virtual headquarters was created on the magnid platform, which served as the communication hub during and after the merger. This enabled access to live broadcasts and interactions during the event. After the event, the application continued to serve for brand and value experiences, social media campaigns, virtual town halls, and as a digital showroom.  

The Event Technology Awards, which have previously been held in London to recognize technological advancements in the event industry, took place for the first time in Las Vegas, USA, on May 1, 2024.
