In July, the entire Proske and magnid Team came together for a memorable company event in Munich: our very own Summer in the City!
As an international company with colleagues spread across multiple continents, it is always a rare and cherished opportunity to meet face-to-face, share experiences, and strengthen our global connections.
With our dynamic, digital-driven team expanding worldwide – including the recent addition of the Proske Inc Team in the USA – Munich was the perfect choice for our summer gathering. The city’s rich history, vibrant culture, and central European location provided an ideal setting for an event filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable memories.
Creating memorable experiences with magnid
The planning committee provided a variety of activities that perfectly complemented the city’s energetic atmosphere. And what better tool than magnid to connect everyone, share excitement and build anticipation for the event? Serving as the centralized hub for all essential information, magnid ensured that everyone stayed informed and engaged before, during, and after the gathering.
magnid’s unique activation features allowed us to start the experience early by sharing personal travel plans and fostering a sense of community from the moment the colleagues received their “Save the Date.” This early engagement set a positive tone for the event, enhancing camaraderie even before the official activities began and everyone met in person.
By utilizing pre-event activation questions through magnid, we tailored our event program to match exactly what our colleagues wanted to experience. magnid’s personalization tools enabled us to create a customized user journey for each attendee, with content and schedules based on individual preferences and roles. This ensured that everyone had access to their personalized agenda, maximizing engagement and satisfaction.
